March is National Reading Month and Women’s History Month. Two very important things that I want to celebrate all month!
The month started with Read Across America Day and Dr. Seuss’ Bday on the 2nd and this weekend is National Woman’s Day on the 8th!
This week we’re going to take a look at my TBR list! I have compiled quite the compilation of women and LGBTQA writers and wanted to share it with you!
Amber Tamblyn just released her second book, Era of Ignition. One of my feminist icons, she is obviously first on the list (although the list isn’t in any particular order.)
Jacob Tobia‘s Sissy: A Coming-of-Gender Story.I know very little about Jacob Tobia, but this book made it onto my radar and I instantly needed to know all about it.
What Would the Spice Girls Do?: How the Girl Power Generation Grew Up by Lauren Bravo came out in October 2018, but I just found out about it and it is obvious must read for my childhood Spice Girl obsessed heart.

Jenny Slate’s Little Weirds isn’t out yet, but she just announced it and I am way too excited to read it!
Abbi Jacobson‘s I Might Regret This has been on my shelf since before Christmas and I am so ashamed I haven’t read it yet.
Stay Sexy & Don’t Get Murdered is due out in May, and I just need it now. If you are unaware of what this book is, then you need to stop reading this now, find somewhere you can sit and listen to even just one episode of the podcast My Favorite Murder. Karen and Georgia are what my soul would look like if it were personified and I love them so much.
What are some of your most anticipated TBRs! Are they all new releases or do you have some oldie goldies on your list?
